Boring Post

We all love papers providing us with guidelines (‘10 simple rules‘) how to improve this or that aspect of our scientific life. Here is another one that looks very promising:

K. Sand-Jensen
How to write consistently boring scientific literature
Oikos 116: 723–727 (2007)

Unfortunately, one needs a subscription to get to the paper. As I don’t subscribe to Oikos, I cannot really judge the paper. Other bloggers appear to know more, e.g. the denialism blog. and the Improbably Research blog, which apparently were the first ones to comment.
